Message from the Principal, Donna Lack
Greetings to all new & returning religious school families!
In a few short weeks, our Temple Israel Beit Midrash will start again. There are some changes this year in our staff, and we have a new Rabbi too! Some things have remained the same, such as our Sunday school class times, which are 9:00AM - 11:30AM. Hebrew school meets every Sunday, plus 2 midweek zoom classes 2x per month. We will continue the great tradition of having a schoolwide assembly & snack with Rabbi Brett from 10-10:30AM.
Life has changed a bit for me too over the last year. Sam graduated from Emory law school, and now works for a federal judge in Atlanta. Ben graduated from UF & is starting FAU med school next week. We still own & operate Waterview Title Company, and Lack & Lack Attorneys. Jon & I are desperately trying to enjoy being empty nesters, but life keeps getting in the way!:)
Check out our tuition prices for religious school - they are historically low and have not gone up this year. There is also a cap on tuition for 2 children, so any number beyond 2 that you enroll from your family will attend for free.
As always, I’m available to answer question & help with any problems which arise.
I look forward to seeing all of you for our welcome back first day on Sunday, August 14th at 9:00 am. Until then, L’hitraot!

Hebrew instruction begins in the third grade and culminates in Bar or Bat Mitzvah at age 13. The goal of the Hebrew school is to teach Hebrew language and to develop facility in home and synagogue skills.
